why after 8yrs out gained 25lbs?

i had gastric bypass in 2000,went in at 286lbs did so well lost done to goal wt of 120 to 125lbs.never had a problem mantaining,it felt like over night i gained 25lbs.i did so in about 7or 6 mo.labs are fine,but now i"m freaked about this.called my surgain said to go back on diet when i came home, he was no help did"nt care,its been 9 yrs i need advice.surley there is someone.thank you cindy
