A statement of amazement (PLEASE READ )

I am so amazed at the difference in my health both mental and in general I love to take cruises and before my rny I went and ended up in bed the whole cruise I was in a wheele chair and felt like a inbarisment to my husband and kids the good news I just came back from a cruise and the life changes were tested to the limits I am no longer in a wheel chair and walked all the time I sornkled for 1/2 a mile in the ocean I no longer feel as I am a berden to my husband and kids for the first time in my life I feel as I am proud of myself and I just wanted to encourage the people with worry about the desion please understand the change in my life is un imanigable my husband calls my his baby and tells me I am pretty and for the first time I am starting to believe it I have lost down to 206 after all the good cruise food thanks for being there fellow weight losers
