Anyone have a quick recipe for snack on the go that don't taste dry...?
I ordered the book "eating well after wls" . I'm exercising out of the home now and after eating breakfast and drinking protein shakes, I need to carry a snack that don't need an ice pack. I am proud too say that I walked 5 miles this week. Over the next several weeks that will be my goal until moving on to other exercises (two major surgeries) so I'm taking one step at a time to reach weight loss goal.
