Anyone had a revision and not lost any weight?

RNY 1/02; lost 70lbs after 2 years of trying before gaining. Lost insurance so could not follow-up. Finally able to see another surgeon who found problems from first surgery (said they weren't my fault). Revision 8/06; have not lost anything since. Current surgeon not supportive because practice expanded very quickly. Should I find third?
