Lapband Revision Questions

I was just wondering if anyone had the LapBand and then had a revision surgery to the Gastric Sleeve? I had the Lapband on 09-07-07 and I have only lost like 25lbs and I feel I am trying to make this work and I know that the weight loss is slow but is it really this slow? I would really appreciate anyone's suggestions? or anyone that has had the Gastric Sleeve did it work for them?
