Do the majority of post-op RNY have excessive gas, long term?

I just need some real answers. I'm scheduled August 20th, and despite all the success stories, I just keep thinking of all the negative. Two girls at work have had the surgery, but I don't think they'd like for me to ask about their flatulence routine. As it is now, many times throughout the day, I'm looking for a quiet corner to let one loose. (pardon me for seeming so crude) i sure would love especially to hear from long term post ops!
