How long after consultation will you breast reduction be scheduled.

I go to my 1st appointment on Jan. 17 and was wondering those who had insurance pay for there reduction did you have to go to therapy first to prove that wouldn't help and than insurace would pay for it, or did they automatically prove it. basically how long after your 1st appt was you surgery scheduled.
