My platelet count & white blood cell count are low never had a problem B4 wls

could this be from fobi pouch procedure? I have never had a problem with platelets or anything like this. The bone marrow biopsy came back negative & the doctors can't seem to find anything & I need to have gallbladder surgery, one dr says the plt ct is fine & the surgeon says its too low. Any info would be appreciated!
