I am having heart problems. Anyone else?

I have been placed on several different heart meds, and nothing has helped me. My blood pressure is very high and nothing seems to be helping. Can anyone offer any advise or help for the benefit of my heart. I am so worried. It's been 3 years since I've had my gastric bypass surgery. I also have chronic anemia.
