I want to have the surgery done, but I am concerned that I will lose too much weight.

Iam 6'1 and weigh approx.295-300 lbs. I would like to have the surgery but I m afraid I will look like a tall pole. Are there any tall women out there who have had the surgery and everything worked out fine?
