isopure protien

Has anyone tried isopure protien powder i purchased a 2lb tub today and it has 210 calories per servings 50g of protein and 1g of sugar is that good or bad as far as the calories ? I also purchased designer protien powder which has 17.5g of protein and 1g of sugar and i also purchase flinstone chewable vitimins, pls let me know if these choices are good or not>
