Hurting pouch!!!!

Ive been very good with measuring my food since surgery 3/31. I even purchased a pocket scale. Tues. I had a bust day, was out and about all day, and I went out to eat. Had salmon with a few mushrooms and onions. Ive eaten this before with no problems. I I didnt measure, trusted myself to "eyeball" the portion and I think I ate too much. My stomach hurt. Now, since tues, whenever I eat my pouch feels sore. Can anyone help me with this?? Do I need to rest my pouch?
