Balloon Sinuplasty Alternative to Sinus Surgery?

Hi. Has anyone heard of Balloon Sinuplasty as an alternatives to sinus surgery? My wife has had a CT Scan and we want to explore other options. Have read good things about Balloon but want to find out more. Thanks in advance. ***+++*** ADB
