What to expect?

I have been approved for laproscopic gastric bypass revision my surgery date is on Oct.31 (halloween):) I had lap band over 4 years ago lost 150lbs and began to develope Reflux really bad I am having the revision surgery because I can no longer get fills due to the problems with the reflux so I started putting weight back on over the last year I have gained about 60 of those lost pounds back. I don't want to go back where I started. My insurance Tri-Care will not cover having the band removed but will cover the revision. What can I expect? My doctor said my reflux should get a lot better. anyone had the same experience? is recovery time fairly soon and what diet will i be on. Carolyn
