HI, I m 6 mths out and lost 130lbs already. Feel on top of this world.
The reason i am posting this question is that since last week i have been craving for sweet/sugar at night like about half an hour before sleeping. I dont know why but its happening since last week. Any idea why is this happening and also what should i eat if i am craving for something sugar/sweet? I had protein bars like balance protein bars / low fat oatmeal granola bar . Is that ok to have that? Please let me know other sugar free/ fat free things to eat. I really dont want this to get into this habit of eating sugar stuff. Any ideas how to avoid this craving? Thanks alot in advance.
