I am meeting with my surgeon for the first time

on the 20th of June.....can anyone please send me a list of questions I should be asking my surgeon, I have my own set of questions, but I dont want to forget anything ....My current BMI is 39 and I weight 248Lbs......Thanks guys for your help.....Jannette
