Has anyone had ongoing low-grade temperature

I am 3yrs post-op, 300lb-148lb,however off and on for about the last 2yrs I have been running a low grade temp. I have seen my pcp and had blood work done with no explanation he gave me antibiotics and soon after, it starts right back. It is not on a daily basis but I just don't get it?
