Will medicare pay for a tummy tuck, arm lift or other procedures

I live in NC and am wondering if Medicare will pay for a tummy tuck and/or a arm lift. Does anyone know if you would have to pay up front before they pay. If anyone knows of anyone near Wilmington NC or Myrtle Beach SC that will accept Medicare for the procedure, and if not does anyone know the average cost for these procedures and what qualifications you need, such as rashes, etc. Thanks so much in advace.
