coffee whitener???

does anyone drink the GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE FLAVOURING SUGAR FREE,would love to have a coffee but can't have milk yet ...so was just wondering if coffee whitener was ok/?????
