What do you use to hide the nasty taste of meds?

I am scheduled for 1/5/10 and I am trying to find my work arounds. My MD does not want me to take liquid medicines. Although I am really looking forward to most all of them disappearing. I can get nasal inhalers for the imitrex. but I tried putting my Tylenol 3 & skelan into jello and it was nasty. I am mainly looking for week 1 & 2 post op. Thank you in advance.
