I am afraid that I have dilated the gastric sleeve, will it still work?

I know I have not followed my diet appropriately. Can anyone help me get back on track? I am afraid that I have dilated the gastric sleeve and that I am stuck. My sister is still loosing but I have not lost anything in 6 months. What can be done if dilation has occurred?
