I need help paying for my surgery

I currently have a lap band that I got when I had insurance. I have lost bout 60lbs since my surgry, but I have a lot more to go...the lap band only works for so much for me, but I'm trying to control my diabetes, and now my knees are starting to hurt. I was trying to find out if there are any dr.s who are willing to do a bypass on a patient with limited income.
