Does anyone lose more than the 70% or so they say we will?
In my research, in taking to doctors, etc., I notice everything/everyone says you should lose about 65-70% of your excess fat. Does anyone ever lose all the excess fat and reach the "ideal weight"? Is this rare? Should I only expect to lose up to 70%?
