any quick removal of nicotine

My surgery date is in two weeks may 20th. Today the nurse gave me a nicotine script to check my urine. Yeah i am still cheating with cigaretes and this can to me as a surprise. Is there anything i can do for quick removal of nicotine. I don't want this surgery delayed i've waited so long.
