8 weeks post-op, not losing

I hit what I thought was a plateau at about 3.5 weeks post-op. Since then, I've lost 5 lbs. I don't know why my weight loss has slowed down so much. I'm following my dr's orders. I started at 331 lbs the day of surgery, and as of today am at 300 lbs. I feel like I'm one of the few who WLS doesn't work for :'( Any advice or support would be very much appreciated.
