Tummy tuck swelling

I had my tt 7 days ago, 1 drain out and my other drain is starting to slow down, but bam on the 7th day now my tummy is extremely swollen!!!! I look 5 months preg. and feel 9 months very tight and swollen not much pain. Any advice would be great. Rhen
