HELP,HELP, HELP insurance question

I would like to have this surgery and I dont have any insurance, if I went out and got insurance and a few months after getting the insurance if I submitted a claim like this one would they automatacally deny the claim being I will be new with them? Also, does anyone know of any discounts I could get with me not having insurance?
