where can i receive financial help for this surgery

i am desperate to know where i can get financial help for the roux-en-y surgery. my insurance is not following through, walter lindstrom said from my info--it is not a legal matter for him to assist. i want to lead a more productive life. i have tried every avenue that i know of looking for help. i would be so appreciative if anyone can forward ideas to me. thank you
