Does anyone out there know how I can get plastic surgery with no insurance?

I have recently changed jobs and have lost my insurance. I can't afford to go out and lay down thousands of dollars for plastic surgery. Considering going to Mexico. I have lost 180 lbs and have a lot of loose skin. Especially need to get the stomach and breasts done. I am starting to look like my grandmother and can roll my boobs up like a cigar!!! Inside joke from my family. Oh and the other kicker is, I don't have any credit!!!! Help!!
