REVISION FROM BAND TO RNY after having a baby with lapband

MY QUESTION IS IT A LONG PROCESS TO BE APPROVED FOR A REVISION, HAVING BAND ISSUES did not lose alot of weight AND got pregnant had baby and still weight not coming of as its spous to.CONSIDERING RNY , do u think they will aprove it?
