having alot of issues after a year out of rny

i had rny in marcy 2009 and have lost 130 lbs and have 80 to go. can you get a revision to make stomach smaller again. also having problems with so much gas and gas pains and very loose bowel movements. i am on meds for both those issues. i also have ulcer on the connection, is this the reason for all the problems, please help...anybody "
