Milk/Whey intolerant, also soy intolerant - HELP PLease

I have a friend who is not only dairy/lactose intolerant, she is also soy intolerant as well. Her only options for getting enough protein and nutrients seem to be rice protein powder and hemp protein powder, but apparently they taste awful. She also has to watch the sugar content of anything she eats. Does anyone have any suggestions for her, nutrionally?
