How do I start over after all the liquid was taken out of my band?

I was doing so good I had lost 60lb but one weekend after I go a feel that put me at 4 1/2 cc's I couldn't keep anything down not even water. My Dr. was out of town and there was a big mix up and he called and had another Dr take everything out of my band. This was the second time that I had go to 4 1/2 cc's and had this problem. The first time my Dr. just took the 1/2 out and thing went fine but now I have 3 cc's in my band, I have gained 10lb and I am scared that I will gain more. How do I start over, can I start over? I have some much more I want to loss.
