OMG what doed deactivated member mean?

I am scheduled for a revision on Dec 31. I was looking at the section covering that and came across one that sounded like my problem. I have a fistula and staple line disruption. I wanted to contact her to see how her problem was resolved but she is listed as "deactivated" Please tell me she didn't die.
