Will I be denied???

I have Highmark BC BS PPO I have turned in all necessary paperwork to my surgeon- I am bascially waiting for my 6 month diet to be over ( May is my last weigh in with the doctor). I am just afraid I will be denied any information that you can give would be very appreciated. Thank you KARI B.
