HMO Blue Mass Question!

Hi, I have HMO Blue of Mass and I have a BMI of 39.7. I have high blood pressure and GERD. I need to know if anyone has been approved with a BMI under 40. I really want to get the lapband. Anyone have any advice? Robbie33
