surgery was on wed.I am still in a lot of pain especially in my lower stomach

I just got home and I must say that Im still in a lot of pain and still very sore.Ive been up walking and still having trouble having a bowel movement Ive only gone once since my surgery jan 20th this past wed.Has anyone else felt like this my stomach just feel so tight.
