Need Help! with Vitamins ( Multi, Calcium)

Everytime i use my celebrate chewables i feel like i am going to vomit. I am taking them as instructed but cant help but have to stay close to the bathroom for 30 min after. I bought the Cafe latte Multi and the Hot Cocoa Calcium
