Can anyone speak to a NECROTIC ULCER w/o bleeding at anastomosis site?

10 mths post revision (but tht didn't touch roux limb) and now have "HUGE ulcer with necrosis". Dr. treating with prevacid, but now I'm told to NOT take calcium till healed because that can aggrevate it! I'm already osteopenic and on actonel. I'm concerned not taking calcium for three months will be bad. Any insights? Thanks.
