Is there a surgeon in Texas who does deodenal switch?

I have been approved for RNY on the 17th of Feb. But I would rather have the DS, but cannot find a surgeon in Texas or Western Louisana, Oklahoma who does it. I cannot afford to pay for a flight to somewhere else. Will CIGNA PPO pay for a flight to another state to have the DS?
