has anyone gained weight when you started stage 3-4 post op?

i'm 3 weeks post-op realize band. i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks after surgery. now that i started eating the foods in stage 3-4 i've gained 3 lbs. i'm doing everything that i'm supposed to do. anyone else have this problem? i am getting very discouraged, please help.
