help me please

hi i finally got back my ohip forms frm my nut and im faxing them tomorrow with a pic of me but my nut wrote that im just obese and he is referring me for rny but im not sure if that is going to be enough for ohip and im worried i might get turned down my nut is a nut lol and doent know anything except how to get u out of his office quickly never listens so i dont know if i have anything to worry bout or not plz help me thnx
