What is stoma adjustment?

Hi everyone.I'm new to this site so please bear with me. I am post op now for a little over two years and I am having problems with weight gain and being hungary all the time.Has anyone else noticed that after this long that the orange oily stools have stopped and the appetite has increased not to mention the amount of food I am now able to tolerate.I briefly scanned a message concerning something about a stoma procedure but lost it before I could read all of it. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it.
