I WORK 3RD SHIFT, SO I AM WORRIED I WILL BE ALL MIXED UP ON MEALS.
I HAVE A HARD TIME EATING AT THE RIGHT TIME, OR THE RIGHT THINGS. I AM WORRIED MY BACKWARDS SCHEDULE WILL BE TOO MUCH. I STILL COOK DINNER FOR MY FAMILY, BUT DONT EAT MOST OF THE TIME, SO THE FIRST MEAL I EAT, IF I EAT AT ALL IS A DINNER TYPE MEAL. ANYONE ON 3RD SHIFT PLEASE HELP.
