Has anyone's nipples become darker and bigger after weight loss surgery?

Hi, I had my surgery a month ago and I have dropped quite a bit of weight, I have PCOS, and since I have lost weight my periods are more regular but I have also noticed my nipples have become bigger and darker. I took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago and it was negative so I am wondering if its a sign of fertility? PLEASE HELP!
