OH Magazine subscription - very frustrated

I ordered the OH Magazine 1/1/10 and have still not rec'd an issue. Just wondering if anyone else has had this. They took the money out of my account right away, but I am beginning to wonder if I am going to start getting the magazines. It has been over 2 1/2 months for crying out loud. I have gone to the magazine section and can't find a way to get hold of them. Just wondering how long it is going to take them to send them to me and then if I will really get a years worth. Very frustrating!
