why when I get my lap band filled I notice no difference is it broken ??

I have had my lap band surgery on November 23 2009 I have had no problems now I am at a 5cc fill and still really have no sign of a problem makes me worry because I am not losing much weight my post op weight was 314 now I am at 295 I can eat anything with moderation it just seems like nothing is there only thing that happens is if I eat to fast I get the hickupps is it just a mind game with the lap band or is there a problem??
