HI I'VE HAD A CONSTANT FEVER FOR 3 DAYS NOW. NO OTHER SYMPTOMS!

Hi I had surgery on 2/19/09. I've had a constant fever for 3 days now with no other symptoms besides aches when the fever goes up. No runny nose, sore throat or anything! The fever was 103.3 at it's highest and goes down to about 99 when i take tylenol, but comes right back after it wears off. It's the weekend to no docs in office and my surgeon is out of state. What should I do? Could I have an infection? Please any nurses out there or anyone who know what's going on?
