Has anyone lost so much weight that the skin on their face droops?

Ok..i know were all kinda like family so im gonna put this all out here. I am 25 and weigh 402. i am 5'2 so i need to loose about 250 pounds. i am scheduled for surgery next month. naturally, i have a very large double chin. i know im gonna have excess skin. thats a no brainer, but i was wondering if my skin from my double chin will sag like the rest of my body. if anyone can help me with this question i would be very happy. thanks and god bless.
