Amount of food 5 months out

I am 5 months post-op & can eat 6 ozs. of food, per meal, 3 times a day. Does this seem like to much at this stage? Anyone else able to eat this amount? Anyway to find out if I just have an over stretchy pouch? & should I be concerned for the future, & over eating? I've lost 63 lbs to date. Thank-you!
